Grow a Chicken Fighter Ability Tier List
This Grow a Chicken Fighter ability tier list starts from a different question than most: not "what's S-tier" but "does the chicken this claim is attached to actually exist." We took every ability we could find reported for Grow a Chicken Fighter and ran the holder chicken for each one against the 136-chicken roster this wiki already documents. 8 claims passed — sourced, holder confirmed, tier labelled as the source's opinion. 4 more, circulating on other sites, did not, and we show exactly why below instead of quietly leaving them out.
What "tier" means on this ability tier list
Concretely: S-tier, A-tier and B-tier below are allthings.how's 15 August 2026 tier list and its 14 August 2026 companion guide, not ours. What is ours: the check that the chicken each ability is attributed to is a real, documented one — computed live in the widget further down, not asserted in prose.
Grow a Chicken Fighter ability tier list: the full table
8 community-reported claims, all roster-confirmed| Tier | Ability | Holder | Best for | Skip if |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | Voodoo | Doll Hen | Reflects incoming damage back at the enemy and fires a multi-hit burst. Both articles say it performs best fused onto Reaper Rooster. | you don't have Doll Hen or Reaper Rooster yet — both source articles report this fused onto Reaper Rooster, not on a fresh Doll Hen hatch. |
| S | Cycle of Ash | Radiant Fenghuang | Heals HP over a few seconds and deals a burst of damage. Both articles say it performs best fused onto 404 Chick. | you don't have Radiant Fenghuang or 404 Chick yet — both source articles report this fused onto 404 Chick, not on a fresh Radiant Fenghuang hatch. |
| S | Rebirth Same name as the game's separate progression system (also called Rebirth: reset your coop, keep your chickens, gain a permanent Cash/Corn multiplier — see the Rebirth entry in gaps.ts). Those are two different things that happen to share a word. The phoenix theme makes a revive ability plausibly named this on purpose, but we did not find a source that addresses the collision directly, so treat it as suspected, not confirmed. | Phoenix Hen | Revives once at 50% max HP with a large area-of-effect strike and temporary invincibility. | you want a sustained-damage or crowd-control special instead — this is a one-time revive, not a fusion target either source article names, so there is no "best base chicken" claim to weigh it against. |
| A | Ride of the Fallen | Valkyrie Hen | Heals over time and buffs attack and speed. | your build already has healing covered — its value is the attack/speed buff riding along with the heal, not the heal alone. |
| A | Blood Draw | Vampire Rooster | Adds bonus attack damage and a knockback burst. | you need crowd control or survivability over raw damage — this is reported as a pure damage-and-knockback pick. |
| A | Split Image | Twin Rooster | Summons an identical copy with the same stats, effectively doubling your fighter for a few seconds. | your fighter is already tanky enough without a temporary double — the value here is action economy for a few seconds, not a permanent stat gain. |
| B | Titan Mode | Founder Rooster | Increases size, defensive stats, and movement speed temporarily. | you already run an S or A-tier special — Founder Rooster's buff is reported as short and most useful on a lower-rarity fighter that needs the temporary boost. |
| B | Za Warudo | Baron Cluck | Freezes the enemy and delivers heavy burst damage. Article 0 lists it as (Baron Cluck, Golden Goose); article 1's rank table lists the same pair in the opposite order (Golden Goose / Baron Duck — 'Baron Duck' being that article's own corruption of 'Baron Cluck'). Neither article says whether the second name is a separate copy of the ability or a fusion outcome, and the two disagree on which chicken is primary. | you need sustained damage rather than a single freeze-and-burst window — and note the two source articles disagree on whether Baron Cluck or Golden Goose is the primary holder. |

Ability roster check
Search or filter, then see the check run liveEvery ability claim below is checked against the same 136-chicken roster the Chickens page publishes — the "in roster" column is computed here, not typed in by hand. That is also how we caught the claims we are not reprinting: toggle "show excluded claims" below to run the same check against names other sites report that this roster has no record of.

Why there's no C-tier or D-tier
Ability tier list questions
Is this Grow a Chicken Fighter ability tier list our own ranking?
No. The Chickens page on this wiki explains why we don't publish a power ranking of our own: no reproducible source gives income, damage, HP or attack-speed numbers for any chicken, and confidently-tiered names with nothing behind them are exactly what we call out on rival sites. What follows here is different — it's every ability claim we could find, checked against the 136-chicken roster, with the source and its tier opinion labelled as exactly that: a source's opinion, not ours.
Which Grow a Chicken Fighter abilities are S-tier?
Voodoo (Doll Hen), Cycle of Ash (Radiant Fenghuang), Rebirth (Phoenix Hen), per allthings.how's 15 August 2026 tier list. All three holder chickens exist in our roster; none has a published damage or cooldown number — Rebirth's revive threshold (50% max HP) is the one numeric figure among them, and it's a threshold, not a damage or cooldown value.
Is the Rebirth special ability the same as the Rebirth progression system?
No — or at least, no source we found says they're the same thing, and we're not assuming it. Grow a Chicken Fighter has a separate Rebirth mechanic (reset your coop, keep your chickens, gain a permanent Cash and Corn multiplier) that's fully unrelated to combat. Phoenix Hen's reported special also happens to be named Rebirth: revive once at 50% HP with an area strike. A phoenix-themed revive sharing that word is plausible, not confirmed — treat the ability name as suspected, the progression system as its own separate, better-documented thing.
Why is there no C-tier or D-tier on this ability tier list?
Because every low-tier ability claim we checked failed the same roster check the 8 claims above passed. Names like Mud Hen, Pebble Rooster and Basic Chick don't exist anywhere in the 136-chicken hatch-table roster this wiki is built from — the excluded-claims table further down shows the check running live against them. An absent C-tier isn't a gap in this page; it's what happens when you don't reprint a claim just because a chart shape expects one.
